This is an excellent barre/spin studio! Friendly + community feel to it. Clean, hygienic and well organized as well. I live in Washington, DC so am used to the “big name” studios here, but Sea Barre/Cycle is much better! The workouts are more unique, challenging, and fun than in DC. They also have widened the types of classes to offer variety. I’ve been coming here since 2018ish and this place continues to be my go-to while at the beach.

I absolutely love Sea Barre! From the moment you walk in, the welcoming and uplifting atmosphere makes you feel right at home. My husband and I recently moved to Lewes from California and shortly after I found out I was pregnant. I wanted to find a workout routine that was pregnancy friendly and barre has turned out to be the perfect fit for me! All of the instructors here are truly exceptional and they suggest modifications if there’s something I can’t do. Everyone is so friendly, it’s great to find such a supportive community, especially after moving so far away from friends and family. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun, empowering workout that sculpts your body! Can’t wait to try cycling after the baby is born!

Absolutely Love Sea Barre! I was looking for a challenge and change to my workout habits. I tried one Yoga class and one Barre class and was hooked with both immediately. The Millsboro studio is immaculate and the instructors are incredibly inspirational and patient. I highly recommend taking a chance with this studio and allowing yourself to feel a great sense of accomplishment when you finish a class.
