ELLEN

OWNER & INSTRUCTOR

Ellen has a Master’s degree in Instruction and Curriculum and has taught for 17 years. She is the mother of 3 children.Ellen was looking for an exercise routine that wouldn’t stress her joints but give her an intense workout at the same time. She opened Sea Barre Fitness two years ago and recently added Sea Cycle Indoor to make her clients’ experience even better!Ellen is extremely passionate about teaching and wants to share her love of barre and cycling with everyone!

SARA

OWNER & INSTRUCTOR

With a background in education, and a true obsession with moving her body, Sara began teaching barre as a way to combine the two things she is most passionate about: teaching and fitness. She believes in bringing people together, empowering them to step out of their comfort zone and push past the fears that are holding them back.

INGRID

INSTRUCTOR

Ingrid believes staying in motion is crucial to happy living!  As a lifelong equestrian, the transition onto the bike was a natural one. What drew her to both cycle and barre are the two main benefits of the workouts: low impact while remaining highly effective. She loved watching her body transform. The positive effects of this feel-amazing-fitness has spilled into every aspect of her life. Now, Ingrid is passionate to pay it forward and share her love of barre and rhythm cycling with anyone who’s willing to give it a try!

LINDSEY

INSTRUCTOR

Lindsey decided to become a cycle instructor because she fell in love with the feeling of bringing together people for a workout, from all different backgrounds and fitness levels, and giving them the opportunity to evolve into their best self, to let out whatever is holding them back, and just ROCK OUT. Her inspiration comes from her own desire to be her best self, and sharing that passion with others.

GENEVIEVE

INSTRUCTOR

Becoming a Barre and Cycle instructor unlocked a hidden passion for dance and exercise inside of Genevieve that she didn’t know existed. It has been a total body and confidence makeover. Whether in the barre studio, or on the bike, Genevieve has the ability to push clients past their limits and challenge themselves in a way they didn’t think was possible. As a mom of two young children, being able to workout and be surrounded by community has helped transform her in every area of her life. Working with clients helps motivate and push her to be the best woman and instructor she can be for them, herself, and her family.

PAM

INSTRUCTOR

Having taught dance and gymnastics for years, Pam is a natural in the Barre studio. She loves the daily challenge that Barre brings to help create strong and toned muscles, working the whole body in just an hour. And being a working mom of two kids, she loves any workout that challenges you and leaves you feeling confident and energized without spending all day in the gym!

DANIELLE

INSTRUCTOR

Dr. Danielle brings her professional experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, past experience as a collegiate volleyball player, and passion for Barre starting over 3 years to the Sea Barre Fitness Family. Barre has been highly influential in management of her own orthopedic injuries. Becoming an instructor only seemed like the next step in sharing her passion for movement with others.  She hopes to help her clients build better body awareness, confidence, and learn how to keep moving through any limitations by offering tons of options and modifications for an individualized class experience.

KIM

INSTRUCTOR

With a master’s of science in nursing, aka adult nurse practitioner. Kim has always felt that promotion of diet and exercise is a driving force for overall healthy well being. So when given the opportunity to become a new barre instructor there was no hesitation. As a wife and boy mom of three, she has found a way to keep fitness incorporated in life’s busy schedule and hope to help her clients do the same.

STACEY

INSTRUCTOR

A two-time Ironman and cycling aficionado, she loves cats, coffee and all things Springsteen. In Stacey’s class, you can count on a heavy climb, lots of form cues and as many remixes as she can find!

HALLIE

INSTRUCTOR

Hallie busted onto the cycle scene because it was the perfect platform for her to connect with people, and haul some booty! For her, it’s all about the love for music and dance, and the insatiable need to burn some calories and sweat it out. Her motto in life is “Business in the front, party in the back!”

MADDIE

INSTRUCTOR

The child of a fighter pilot father and a fitness instructor mother, Maddie’s childhood was mostly spent in gyms (and airports!). She grew to love cycle while growing up, assisting her mom’s classes. Maddie believes the power of group fitness is transformative: while working out individually, but collectively, we build eachother up. Through great music, a common goal, and community, there is nothing we can’t do.

SYDNEY

INSTRUCTOR

A former college athlete, Sydney’s passion for group exercise runs deep. She came to Sea Cycle looking for that empowering, family atmosphere felt on her field hockey team–and she found it! A teacher by day, Sydney brings her educational experience to the podium, along with encouragement and music that makes you clip in and rock out. Sydney fosters the studio energy that she calls contagious: when we ride together, we better ourselves and the entire room.

JACKI

INSTRUCTOR

Jacki lives by her own code; do what makes you happy! For her, that’s fitness. She grew up playing softball through college, and fell in love with group fitness after joining Sea Barre Fitness as a client. With a background in Sport Management and Business, she is living her best life as an instructor, entrepreneur, wife, and dog mom. She loves the challenge barre provides, and loves that she looks and feels stronger, but it has to be fun! Jacki’s classes are full of dance music and beats. She encourages you to push yourself and others to that next level in class and in life.

ANDREA

INSTRUCTOR

As a group fitness junkie that was newly local to the area, Andrea tried out the studio last summer and was absolutely hooked! As a client she was able to experience the amazing community the instructors and clients had built together, and it was one she knew she needed to be a part of. A lover of music and fitness, Andrea is thrilled to combine the two to bring you a killer workout that will keep you wanting more!
