This is an excellent barre/spin studio! Friendly + community feel to it. Clean, hygienic and well organized as well. I live in Washington, DC so am used to the “big name” studios here, but Sea Barre/Cycle is much better! The workouts are more unique, challenging, and fun than in DC. I absolutely love Sea Barre! From the moment you walk in, the welcoming and uplifting atmosphere makes you feel right at home. My husband and I recently moved to Lewes from California and shortly after I found out I was pregnant. All of the instructors here are truly exceptional and they suggest modifications if there’s something I can’t do. WHICH CLASS DO MOST PEOPLE START WITH?
If you are new to working out or haven’t worked out in a while I would recommend starting with a yoga class.
WHAT IS BARRE?
Barre is an isometric workout that uses bands and balls and lightweights to quickly shape and tone. It helps with balance, flexibility, and increase bone mass and lean muscle.
What classes do you offer?
At our Millsboro location we offer a full schedule of Barre and yoga classes with additional combo classes, and Pilates
What do I need to wear?
You need to wear tight fitting leggings or yoga pants and a t-shirt or tank top. We require grip socks for all of the Barre, Pilates and Yoga classes. Don’t worry if you don’t have any because we sell really cute discounted ones at the studio.
What do I need to bring?
If you have a yoga mat you are welcome to bring it for the barre/yoga and Pilates classes. Otherwise you can use ours. We will provide the rest of the equipment. So just bring a water bottle but we sell water bottles at the studio as well for $1.
Do my Peloton shoes work on your bikes?
Yes, they do
I am out of shape/ haven’t worked out in a long time/ overweight/just lost a lot of weight/old etc. …Are these classes ok for me?
Yes, absolutely. We offer a ton of modifications and there are plenty of beginners in each class. You can definitely ask the teacher for any needed modifications ahead of class!

We are located in Long Neck right off John J Williams Hwy behind the Wawa in Taoramina Square.

How much are memberships after the initial trial?
This promotion for new clients is 14 consecutive days of classes for only $42. You can take/try as many of our classes as you’d like during the 14 days. There is absolutely no commitment after that but If you love it they will be more than happy to go over any pricing with you at the studio. We offer drop-ins, class packs and amazing discounted memberships so you’ll find one that works for you.
When are your classes?
We offer classes 7 days per week. Monday through Friday our classes start as early as 5:45 am and then we have mornings and evening classes as well. We offer morning classes Friday through Sunday.
Can I observe a class before I try it?
No, we don’t allow that but you are welcome to stop in before a class to see the studio and speak with someone. I’ll send you the schedule link and just let me know when you think you’d like to go and I’ll make sure they know you are stopping by.

How long are the classes?
All of the classes are 45-60 minutes, but most are 45 depending on the specific class you select.
What is:
Barre 45- Our signature 45-minute-long barre class.
Barre 60- Our 60-minute version of our signature barre class with a little extra workout and more stretching.
Strength and Stretch- Our signature barre class with extra added active stretch included.
Cycle- Our signature rhythm ride, It’s a 45 minutes long and you will feel like you are dancing on your bike.
Burn and Turn- This is a 60 minute class that is ½ barre and ½ cycle
Bike and Bands—This is a 45 minute cycle class with extra upper body work
Pilates Fusion- This class combines elements of our barre workout with a classic Mat Pilates routine.
Yoga Sculpt- This class is a 60-minute yoga class with weights to give you a full body workout.
I am not a full time local do I still qualify or can I take classes at your studios?
Yes, you can take classes but you do not qualify for the particular offer. Let me know which class you wanted to take and I’ll have someone get right back to you to help you schedule and they can explain single drop-ins or class packs depending on your schedule here.
