At Sea Barre, we don’t require a monthly subscription. We offer single classes, monthly unlimited packages, and 10 or 20 class packages! Simply choose which offering works best for you and pay as you go!
If class is full, your spot will be given away to any walk-ins once the class starts (sorry, but we want to give all of our clients a chance to take class!). If you are running late and want us to hold your spot, please call the studio at 302-313-4619 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellations must be made 6 hours prior to the start of class. If package holders do not cancel 6 hours prior to the start of class, they will forfeit one class from their package as if they had attended the class. Unlimited Members will be charged a $10 cancellation fee to the card on file.
Cell Phone Policy
We ask that all clients leave cell phones/smart phones in their cubbies as they are not permitted for use during class.
Commonly asked questions:
What should I wear? Typical workout attire will suit our classes just fine. Please wear 3/4 or full length workout pants – no shorts! Sticky Socks are required for every class. You can bring your own or purchase a pair in the studio.
What should I bring? You will need your sticky socks, a yoga mat (we have a few available to borrow if you don’t have one or forget yours!), and a bottle of water.
What should I expect if I am new to barre? Barre is a high intensity, low impact class designed to strengthen and elongate your body. The music is fun, the instructors are engaging, and the workout is challenging! Your muscles will be targeted to the point of exhaustion so don’t be surprised if you start to shake a bit during class! Our motto is “Love the burn! Embrace the shake!”
I’m new and a bit intimidated. Are your classes high-pressure? Absolutely not! The camaraderie of our classes is unmatched by other group fitness classes. Our instructors and regular clients help each other achieve their goals and love to cheer on new clients.
