Barre Classes

We offer two main Barre classes, BARRE 60 And Barre 45 where we elevate your heart rate and combine movements to make for a fast, but effective, full body burn! Each instructor offers modifications throughout classes so you can achieve maximum results while going at your own pace.

Yoga Classes

We offer a variety of different yoga classes including, FLOW & LET IT GO, YOGA WITH WEIGHTS, SLOW FLOW, and POWER FLOW. Classes range from new to advanced and will increase your heart rate, build cardiovascular & Muscular strength, Flexability, Mobility, and more!

RESTORATION

stillness for your mind and body. Restorative yoga is a relaxing practice where students hold gentler poses for longer periods of time. Restorative yoga stimulates our parasympathetic nervous system, allowing our heart rates to slow down and muscles to release tension.
