BARRE Classes

BARRE 45

This 45 minute class will quickly tone and tighten. This class is challenging but doable for all fitness levels. Each instructor offers modifications throughout class so you can achieve maximum results while going at your own pace. After one class, you will understand what we mean by “love the burn, and embrace the shake!”

Yoga Classes

POWER FLOW

A faster-paced 60 minute flow linking breath to movement. Power Flow will increase your heart rate, building cardiovascular benefits while still moving through traditional yoga poses.

SLOW FLOW

A 60 minute yoga flow with more time in and in between each pose. Slow Flows incorporate isometric holds and deeper stretches. It’s a great class for those new to yoga or experienced yogis who want to refine their asanas.

YOGA WITH WEIGHTS

45 minutes of vinyasa yoga flow incorporating Sea Barre’s signature light weight exercises. This class is designed to combine power yoga with strength training, and always concludes with a traditional yoga stretch.

RESTORATIVE

60 minutes of stillness for your mind and body. Restorative yoga is a relaxing practice where students hold gentler poses for longer periods of time. Restorative yoga stimulates our parasympathetic nervous system, allowing our heart rates to slow down and muscles to release tension.

FLOW & LET IT GO

30 minutes of movement to 30 minutes of stillness. Class begins with half an hour of vinyasa flow on our feet and concludes with 30 minutes of deep stretching on our mat. You’ll build strength and cardio at first and end with floor poses that encourage muscular and mental relaxation.

Sea Barre Fitness and yoga classes are designed for all fitness levels. Our experienced instructors provide options that allow you to safely perform movements that work around most physical issues. You set your own pace.
