Barre is a fitness routine designed to give you a low impact, full body-cardio workout. It uses isometric movements, combining elements of pilates, yoga and ballet, to give you strong but flexible muscles.

At Sea Barre Fitness, our moves are choreographed and set to one of a kind playlists, giving you a whole body workout in a fun atmosphere. Using light weights and small isometric movements, our signature barre, yoga, and spin classes will bring you to complete muscle exhaustion.

This offers quick results, leading to more defined muscle, and allows for increased strength, cardio endurance, balance and flexibility.

Barre Classes

We offer two main Barre classes, BARRE 60 And Barre 45 where we elevate your heart rate and combine movements to make for a fast, but effective, full body burn! Each instructor offers modifications throughout classes so you can achieve maximum results while going at your own pace.

Spin Classes

Our indoor cycle studio offers truly unique rhythm ride experiences, combining intense cardio with great music and creative choreography. Our ride is a full body workout, from push-ups to crunches. Our rhythm Ride offers you a chance to step out of your comfort zone, and push yourself in ways you never thought possible.

YOGA CLASSES

We offer a variety of different yoga classes including, FLOW & LET IT GO, YOGA WITH WEIGHTS, SLOW FLOW, and POWER FLOW. Classes range from new to advanced and will increase your heart rate, build cardiovascular & Muscular strength, Flexability, Mobility, and more!
