Our signature 45 minute class takes riders on a fat burning journey! We ride in the dark and to the beat. We bring you a full body workout, expertly choreographed through each and every song. From push-ups and crunches, to seated free-weights, there is nothing traditional about our high intensity rhythm ride.
This class highlights what makes our studio so unique: Two studios in One! We combine 30 minutes of upper body and core toning in the Barre studio, followed by 30 minutes of calorie blasting cardio in the Cycle studio. This class is great for anyone new to cycle or barre, giving you access to both of our signature classes. But don’t be deceived, each routine embraces the burn, and pushes your muscles to the ultimate fatigue. Come see what clients have been raving about with our newest combo class.
Ready to sweat? A 60 minute ride that will leave you shaking! Enjoy this intense cardio workout that will leave you exhilarated and exhausted! For those who always can’t get enough of a good thing.

Everything you love about our barre routine, condensed into a 45 minute workout where we elevate your heart rate and combine movements to make for a fast, but effective, full body burn!
This 60 minute class will quickly tone and tighten. This class is challenging but doable for all fitness levels. Each instructor offers modifications throughout class so you can achieve maximum results while going at your own pace. After one class, you will understand what we mean by “love the burn, and embrace the shake!”
